Some of the Services We Offer

I wanted to show you my toes! Jaydee did them. We used Rachelle's little hearts and made flowers with them. We did them like artificial nails except just put them on top of my real nail. So Partying right! Yes, I can totally do yours! I'll just bring my UV lamp and gel and sparkly things and we are set!
At school we learned about tints, hues and shades and the color wheel. We painted with poster paint all morning making different colors. Tomorrow we are drawing faces and shading and contouring. It takes one back to the days when I was a lot shorter. I think I remember doing this in Grade Three. Is that when everyone else did this stuff in Art?

Very cute nails Julie. I love them. That would be fun to have a pedicure party. Did you have to buy all of your own equiptment so that you are all set once you finish school or is it all on loan? Oh, and I think it was either in grade 4 or 5 that I did the colour wheel. I still remember doing it. I guess I really enjoyed it. It sounds like you are having a good time at school. Is it getting easier for you?

Yes,...actually everytime we do something new I struggle initially. Today I had a moment where I went from feeling naseated about doing eyebrows because it mystified me to asking every girl who went by if I could do their eyebrows for practice. Eyebrows are my new favorite thing. It just has to click. I am so feeling and sensory oriented that it takes some work for me to learn technical procedures. At first trying to understand what I am supposed to make happen is so beyond me that it makes me feel sick. Later on there's an exact moment where its perfectly clear to me and I can do it and I love doing it.
The nail and make-up things are mine. The waxing and massage equipment I will have to get. I'm excited though. Right now its fun.

Oh I am so glad to hear you love it so much and that it's all coming together. You have no idea how happy that makes me. I love you Julie.
